EXERCISE

Roleplay 1

Call a hotel to book a double room. Ask about the price, aircinditioning, balcona and view, give your details, date of your arrival and departure.

Roleplay 2

Check into a hotel. Ask for one more extra night. Ask where and when is the breakfast. Give your name, collect your key.

Roleplay 3

Check out of the hotel. Give back your key and pay for your stay. Ask the receptionist to book a taxi to the airport for you.

Roleplay 4

Ask the receptionist for two towels for the beach. Ask whether there is a private hotel beach and book two sea beds and an umbrella.
